Welcome Messages (Auto-reply)

When customers send you a message, it is a great idea to automate sending them a welcome reply to acknowledge their message and let them know when you can get back to them. This way, the customers know that your business has received their inquiry and is going to take care of it. Here are a few examples:

Away Messages (Auto-reply)

For when customers message you out of your working hours or during holidays, you should have an β€œaway message” that explains your working hours or when you’ll get back to them. This lets your customers know when to expect a reply from you and helps you build trust with them. Examples:
