How to Set up Quick Replies

Open your WhatsApp Business app. Tap on the business icon . Scroll down and select Quick replies.

You see a “thanks” reply by default. To create a new quick reply, tap the plus button.

Under “shortcut”, choose a name for your quick reply. Under “Reply message”, write the quick reply you wish to save. Press Save.

If you want to see the reply you saved, go to “Quick replies” under the business icon.

Go to the chat with a customer and type “/”. The list of your saved quick replies and your profile will appear. Select your desired quick reply.

Make changes to the reply if you need to.

Press send.
