On this page, you learn how to broadcast a message to your customers.

You must create a broadcast list to broadcast a message to people. Each list can have up to 256 contacts in it. If you’d like to message more people, you must create more lists.

Only people who have your number saved on their phones will receive your message.

Create a Broadcast List #

Under chats, click on the three dots at the top right corner. Select New Broadcast.

Select the contacts you’d like to broadcast to. Press the tick buttun at the bottom right corner.

Type the message you’d like to send and press send.

That’s it. Your message is sent to the contacts in the list.

Edit Your Broadcast List #

You can create a name for your broadcast list, add or remove recipients and tag your list to keep your inbox organized.

Create a Name for Your Broadcast List #

After you create the list, go to the chat. Select the three dots at the top right corner. Select Broadcast List Info.

Select the three dots at the top right corner. Choose Change broadcast list name.

Type your desired name for the list. Press OK. The name is changed.

Tag Your Broadcast List #

In your broadcast chat, press the three dots at the top right corner. Select Label broadcast list.

Select your desired label from the list or create a new label. In this case we select one from the list we had already created. Press Save.

In your chats, you can see the label tag of the broadcast list.
