On this page, you learn how to check the statistics of your sent, delivered, read, and received messages on the WhatsApp Business App.

You can check the total number of your sent, delivered, read, and received messages on the WhatsApp Business App. The numbers reflect all of the messages you have ever sent and received. If you broadcast a message, you cannot see these statistics specifically for your broadcast.

In your chats tab, select at the top right corner. Select Business tools.

Tap on at the top right corner. Select Statistics.

You can see the numbers.
