By default, your team members can see all of the chats from all of your channels in your inbox. You may filter your inbox chats based on different criteria and name your filtered view. Below are the filters:
- Message Status (Opened, Unanswered, Closed, Blocked and Waiting for the customer)
- Date of first message or last message
- Message snoozed until
For example, below on the left side you can see we have view filters for customers contacting us via email, partners, leads of a teammate and sales conversations. Clicking on each of them will view the inbox with that filter.
On the right side, we can add more view filters such as conversations with “sales” tag, channel of the conversation and the date of the conversation.
