Prithvi Raj’s story: Insights from a Rasayel partner in India

Prithvi Raj is a digital transformation consultant with 5 years of experience, specialized in developing marketing materials and providing lead nurturing consultancy. Over the years, he has served businesses in various industries including agencies, SaaS, healthcare & student housing. His expertise is in creating impactful marketing assets such as landing pages, websites, ad videos, and product explainers that drive engagement and conversion. Additionally, he offers strategic lead nurturing consultancy to help businesses build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring sustainable growth and success.

Challenges His Customers Faced

With WhatsApp’s popularity in India, some of Prithvi’s customers wanted to use WhatsApp in sales, support, and marketing but didn’t know what WhatsApp platform to choose. Meanwhile, other customers were using WhatsApp but were facing a few problems:

  • They were getting a lot of messages, but manually transferring customer info to their CRM slowed down lead qualification and led to lost leads.
  • Manualy engaging with qualified leads was time-consuming.
  • They were not happy with the user interface (UI) of the WhatsApp platforms they were using. They weren’t intuitive.

Prithvi knew he had to choose a WhatsApp platform with a robust API for seamless integration between WhatsApp and the CRMs. He also needed a WhatsApp chatbot builder to automate repetitive communications for his customers. Back then in 2021, not many WhatsApp platforms offered WhatsApp automation.

As an avid Intercom user, Prithvi started exploring Intercom’s WhatsApp integration but he faced different issues like difficulty with creating WhatsApp templates.

He explored the big players in the market - Wati, AiSensy and Rasayel.

Solutions Prithvi Built

Prithvi’s first positive impression of Rasayel was how intuitive the platform was and how easy it was to create a WhatsApp chatbot flow.

“Rasayel’s UI is unparalleled and the platform’s stability was what made me want to choose Rasayel and continue to stay with it. I love their amazing support. It feels like I’m part of the team. I know I can always get my customers’ questions answered quickly by Rasayel’s support and gain the customers’ trust.” - Prithvi Raj

This is how he helped his customers:

1. Automated lead qualification on WhatsApp

To prevent lead dropping for his customers, he created WhatsApp chatbot flows for lead qualification. Every time a new lead messaged the business, they’d go through the flow, answer a few questions with reply buttons and they’d be divided into different segments.

The bot would notify the sales teams of the qualified leads and they would support them manually. In other words, the chatbot took care of the repetitive part of the work (lead qualification) so that leads could be qualified quickly. The sales team took care of the part of the work that needed a human; serving each lead’s unique needs.

2. WhatsApp-CRM integration and automated lead nurturing

To keep the qualified leads engaged, Prithvi created lead-nurturing chatbot flows. He used Rasayel’s API to integrate the platform with the businesses’ in-house CRMs. Every time a qualified lead was added to the CRM, the nurturing flow was triggered and messages were sent to them.

The sales team would get involved after the leads had replied to the chatbot messages.

Impact on His Business and His Customers

Using Rasayel, Prithvi has helped his customers save up to 57% of their time through automation and CRM integration. His customers have up to doubled their sales within 3 months of using Rasayel.

“When customers see the platform I’ve offered them solves their sales problem and that Rasayel’s support team helps them quickly, I gain credibility and win their trust.”- Prithvi Raj
