How to create this Zap?

Creating a Zap that integrates Pipedrive with Rasayel is fairly straightforward. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

Step 1

Create a new Zap.

Find Pipedrive in the list of apps.

Under Event, choose New Person.

Choose the account and click Continue.

In the following window, you will need to set up the action. Under Name, select Name, next select the Email address and finally, select Phone. Under Team Member ID, choose the user ID of the team member you want to authenticate with.

Test the action and publish the Zap. That’s it. Now, you automated one of the most important processes of managing customer relationships. Here’s how it works in practice:
