Notes and Mentions in Rasayel: Stay on the same page with your team

Communication is crucial to success in any team. However, with so many conversations and tasks to manage, keeping everyone on the same page can be challenging. That’s why Rasayel has introduced two features that make it easier for you and your team to stay in sync: Notes and Mentions.

Notes: Keep Relevant Information in One Place

Notes are a simple and convenient way to share relevant or helpful information with your team. Whether it’s important details about a customer or the topic being discussed, notes help keep everyone in the loop.

To activate note mode, you can either use the toggle switch in the bottom right corner of the composer or use the shortcut “N” when the composer is inactive.

Once activated, the message window will turn yellow and change to note mode, allowing you to write and share notes with your team.

Now, team members can leave a message in the customer chat, which will be only visible to the team and not to the customers.

Mentions: Ensure Everyone Sees Important Conversations

If you want to make sure someone on your team sees a conversation, you can use the “mention” feature. Simply turn on note mode and mention one of your teammates by typing “@” followed by the name of the teammate. This way, they’ll be notified immediately and directed to the conversation.

Mentions are an effective way to communicate with the right people and share relevant information among teammates. But to ensure you never miss a mention, it’s important to activate push notifications.

How to Turn on Notifications for Mentions

  1. Click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner of your screen and then click Notifications.

That’s it! Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll receive notifications for the selected actions.

Notes and Mentions are two powerful features that make communication and collaboration with your team effortless. With Notes, you can easily share relevant information with your team, while Mentions ensure that the right people are notified and directed to the conversation. Using these features, you can streamline your communication and keep everyone on the same page, which is especially important in today’s remote work environment.

So, next time you need to share important information or ensure that a specific teammate sees a conversation, try using Notes and Mentions in Rasayel. And don’t forget to turn on notifications to stay in the loop and receive alerts whenever you are mentioned.

Thank you for reading this guide, and we hope these features help you collaborate more effectively with your team.
